These terms govern your use of the Risera website and the AI-generated interview preparation guides sold through it (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Riseraai, trading as “Risera” (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”). You are entering into a contract with Riseraai. Contact us at [email protected].

By using the Service or purchasing a guide you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Risera generates a personalized interview preparation guide from a resume you upload and a job description you paste. Each purchase entitles you to one generated guide for a single position. The Service does not guarantee interview outcomes.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently, or for spam.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Upload malware, or content you do not have rights to.
• Resell, redistribute, or share your generated guide as if it were your own product.

We retain ownership of the Service, its software, branding, and prompts. You retain ownership of your resume and any content you provide. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the generated guide for your own interview preparation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; you should verify facts about companies, roles, or yourself before relying on them.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, taxes, invoicing, and cancellations are handled under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud or personal injury).

You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for verifying accuracy of generated outputs, and for having the rights to any content you input. We may refuse, filter, or remove outputs, and may suspend accounts, for content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise harmful. Generated content is not professional advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
